Shipping Policy
Your items will be shipped within 3 business days.
We provide estimated delivery times so customers know when to expect their orders; however, these are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. In most cases, orders within the United States are delivered within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Deliveries to Canada typically take 2–6 business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Saturday; Sundays, public holidays, and days affected by special circumstances are not counted as business days. As various stages of the shipping process are handled by external logistics providers and carriers, certain factors may be beyond our direct control. Severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events can impact the time required for a package to reach its destination. While we strive to process orders efficiently, occasional delays may occur once the package has been handed over to a third-party carrier.
Once payment is successful, the order enters the preparation stage. During this phase, we verify order details, allocate inventory, and generate shipping documentation. Once this process begins, it is usually not possible to change critical shipping information, such as the delivery address, recipient name, or contact details. We therefore recommend that customers carefully verify the accuracy of all information entered at checkout before confirming their purchase. Even minor errors—such as an incomplete address, incorrect postal code, or missing apartment number—can lead to delivery issues. In such cases, the carrier may require extra time to verify information, resulting in temporary delays or the need for reshipment.
Periods of high demand can also affect order processing and shipping speeds. During promotional events, seasonal shopping festivals, or major holidays, logistics operations and transportation networks may experience a significant surge in order volume. Consequently, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual. Environmental factors can also impact delivery times. Heavy rain, blizzards, flooding, high winds, or extreme temperatures may disrupt shipping routes or force carriers to suspend operations until conditions are safe. Such situations are managed by the logistics providers responsible for transporting the goods.
In some instances, an item may go out of stock after the order is submitted but before it is shipped. This can occur due to unexpected inventory adjustments or supply constraints. Should an item become unavailable, we will notify the customer and update the order information as soon as possible. Out-of-stock items may be removed from your order and refunded, while the remaining items are shipped as usual. This approach helps prevent delays to the entire order caused by the unavailability of specific items.
Some orders may qualify for free shipping due to special promotions or limited-time offers. Even with free shipping, delivery remains subject to the policies and procedures of the carrier handling the package. If delivery fails—due to the recipient not being home, the address being inaccessible, or other delivery requirements not being met—the package may be returned to the fulfillment center. In such cases, the order may be cancelled, and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within the standard timeframe. Customers can avoid missed deliveries by monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package during the estimated delivery window.
Once an order leaves the fulfillment center, tracking information is typically provided so customers can monitor the package’s progress. Tracking details show various statuses, such as shipment dispatch, movement between sorting centers, international customs clearance, and arrival at the final delivery address. It is normal for tracking information to remain unchanged for short periods while the package is in transit between sorting centers. Regularly checking tracking updates is generally the best way to stay informed about the package’s status and identify potential delays.
In some instances, an order may not be able to ship. Examples include items going out of stock before processing, the selected delivery address being undeliverable, delivery service restrictions in specific areas, or payment failure.
