Return Period: You can return most items within 30 days of receiving them.

Item Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original tags, hangtags, and packaging must be intact.

Resale: We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of use, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Please contact our customer service team within 30 days.

Email Content: Order number, item SKU, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective).

We will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days, providing a return address and instructions.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: For returns due to personal preference, incorrect size/color, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our Responsibility: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is caused by us.

  1. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund your original payment account within 7 business days.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to arrive (depending on your issuing bank).

No restocking fee will be charged.

  1. Exchanges

We offer size/color exchange services (subject to stock availability).

Please indicate “Exchange” in your return email.

Exchange shipping costs: The customer is responsible unless the item is defective/the wrong item was sent.
